Staying Relevant in the Winter!  Winter Programming for Parks

Are your parks maintaining their
vitality and relevance in the winter? Come and learn some new, fun, and innovative ideas for keeping your parks in the public eye during the winter months. Ideas will be shared for budgets of all sizes! We will discuss activities that can be done on the fly during a school snow day, small scale preplanned events, and even how Meriden's Hubbard Park lights have helped to drive activity each winter weekend to their park. Information will also be shared on the new internet craze, ice bumper cars! Be sure to bring all of your own fun, out-of-the-box ideas to share with others before we adjourn for the day!
